As GCA has moved to Office 365, the steps required to log into your student webmail have changed slightly from the old Pronto! based system.
To access your new Office 365 based student webmail, follow these steps:
Cick on the "Access Student Webmail" ink at the bottom of the page. This will take you to the Office 365 Online portel.
You will be prompted for login user name and password.
Use your GCA Student eMail address as the username. Remember that all GCA Student eMail addresses are in the format "student id firstname.lastname@example.org".
For example, if your student ID number was 999999, your login user name land your email address) would be "email@example.com".
Use your myGCA password as the login password.
NOTE! If this is the first time that you are logging into the Office 365 portal, you will need to add "123" onto the end of your password. For example, if your myGCA password was "password", then you will need to use "password123" as the login password. After logging into the Office 365 portal for the first time, we highly recommend that you reset your myGCA password. You can do this using the Password Reset Kiosk on Level 5, or by visiting GCA Student Services.
Press the "Sign In" button
Once you are signed in, click on the "Outlook" link to view your mail.
