Student Webmail Login

To access your new Office 365 student webmail, follow these steps:

Click on the Access Student Webmail link at the bottom of the page. This will take you to the Office 365 Online portal.
You will be prompted to enter your login username and password.
Use your GCA Student email address as the username. Remember that all GCA Student email addresses are in the format: student id number@studentmail.gca.edu.au.
For example, if your student ID number was 999999, your login user name and your email address would be 999999@studentmail.gca.edu.au.
Use your myGCA password as the login password.

NOTE! If this is the first time that you are logging into the Office 365 portal, you will need to add “123” to the end of your password. For example, if your myGCA password was “password”, then you will need to use “password123” as the login password. After logging into the Office 365 portal for the first time, we highly recommend that you reset your myGCA password. You can do this using the Password Reset Kiosk or by visiting GCA Student Services.
Press the “Sign In” button.
Once you are signed in, click on the “Outlook” link to view your mail.
